The story follows Stanley Dalton, a fictional elite football agent trying to survive in one of the most competitive businesses in sport. The idea was created by football agent Darren Dein, who also serves as an executive producer. Dein is well known for representing Thierry Henry, and his experience is expected to give the series an authentic feel. Reports suggest filming has already started in London, with scenes being shot at Barnet FC's Hive Stadium.

Award winning actor Damian Lewis will play Stanley Dalton. Known for standout performances in Homeland, Billions and Band of Brothers, Lewis brings serious acting credentials to a project that already has plenty of football star power.

Former Arsenal and France legend Thierry Henry is also expected to appear in the series, while British rapper Dave and newcomer Carlotta Banat have joined the cast. Ronaldo is likely to make a guest appearance, although details about his role have not yet been revealed.
