Is Jimin leaving BTS? Rumour explained as solo stans accuse HYBE of cutting him out of ARIRANG World Tour clips, photos: ‘They always ignore him’
BTS’ ARIRANG World Tour has sparked fresh speculation around Jimin, with solo stans accusing HYBE of sidelining the singer in tour clips, photos and other official content. As the debate grows across X, fans are questioning Jimin’s visibility during the tour and what it could mean for his future with BTS.
So, what exactly sparked these rumours?
The speculation appears to have been fuelled largely by some Jimin solo stans, who have been expressing frustration over what they believe is a lack of visibility for the singer during the ongoing tour. From concerns about his stage presence and individual moments to complaints about how he is being promoted, some fans have accused BIGHIT MUSIC of not giving Jimin the attention they feel he deserves.
However, those complaints have now taken a much bigger turn online, with some accounts jumping from criticism of BIGHIT's management to claims that Jimin has ultimately considered parting ways with BTS.

Some Jimin fans have also criticised the group’s concert camera direction, arguing that Jimin is frequently shown less than other members during performances despite actively dancing, singing and interacting with the audience.
One fan wrote that BIGHIT MUSIC’s treatment of Jimin throughout the tour had been “unacceptable”, alleging that the singer has repeatedly received less screen time during concerts and less visibility across BTS’ official Instagram content. The fan argued that the repeated instances could no longer be dismissed as simple oversights and called for Jimin to receive the “same visibility and consideration” as the other members.
Another fan questioned why the Like Crazy singer appeared to be missing from several behind-the-scenes posts, writing, “why is Jimin genuinely never in these behind-the-scenes pics on BTS's account? It's so?????"
A third post criticised the concert camera direction, claiming that cameras appeared to cut away when Jimin was dancing while also allegedly filming him when he did not want to be filmed.
The frustration continued across X, with another fan pointing out that Jimin was reportedly present during a BTS-related moment but was not included in the official post. The account tagged BIGHIT MUSIC and HYBE while using hashtags including #respectjimin and #Apologizetojimin. Check out X reactions below:
hybe’s treatment of jimin throughout this entire tour has been unacceptable. the repeated lack of screen time during concerts, despite him constantly dancing, singing and interacting with fans, is only one part of a much bigger pattern. on bts’ official instagram, jimin…

exhibit B: camera direction at its worst. they cut away whenever jimin dances, yet ignore him when he asks not to be filmed. absolutely ridiculous. https://t.co/weUV8xu2o3

Has Jimin really left BTS?
Neither Jimin nor BIGHIT MUSIC has publicly announced that the singer is leaving BTS. The claim that Jimin is planning to part ways with BTS at this point appears to be a fragment of his solo stans' imagination. He recently returned to Korea after the group's Las Vegas shows, and the group will kick off the South American leg in October 2026.
