Amy Schumer has been vocal in her support of Israel since October 7, 2023. For fans who have followed Lawrence's vocal support for Palestine, the friendship is a tough pill to swallow. One fan wrote, "I want to love Jennifer Lawrence so much she's so talented but I genuinely don't understand how she claims to support Palestine while being bffs with Amy Schumer."

The two have been close friends for years.
