Football fans and fast-food collectors have officially entered their most dangerous era.
McDonald’s has unveiled its biggest collaboration of the year so far, launching a brand-new FIFA World Cup 2026 range complete with limited-edition meals, football-themed collectables and enough exclusive merchandise to send collectors into full panic mode.
Whether you are here for the food, the football or simply the thrill of collecting plastic cups you absolutely do not need, there is plenty to unpack.

American fans are getting the full World Cup treatment.
The new FIFA World Cup Breakfast Meal includes either a Sausage McMuffin with Egg or Sausage Egg Biscuit alongside Hash Browns and one of nine limited-edition collectable cups.
Meanwhile, the main FIFA World Cup Meal lets customers choose between a Big Mac or 10-piece Chicken McNuggets. The meal also includes special gold-packaged Big Mac Sauce and another collectable cup.
Then there is the real star of the show: the World Cup Happy Meal.
Starting in June, Happy Meals come with one of 23 exclusive Squishmallows inspired by the tournament and its host nations. Considering the internet's long-running obsession with Squishmallows, these might disappear faster than football tickets.
McDonald’s knows exactly what it is doing.
The nine cups feature football icons and fan favourites including David Beckham, Ronaldinho, Thierry Henry, Christian Pulisic, Son Heung-Min, Lamine Yamal, Alphonso Davies, Santiago Gimenez and even Grimace.
Suddenly, everyone is becoming a collector.
British fans are getting a more streamlined version of the promotion.
Customers who order select FIFA World Cup meals can receive one of six football-themed collectable cups while stocks last. The eligible meals include the Big Mac Meal, McPlant Meal and Nine Chicken McNuggets Meal.
The UK collection focuses on football legends including David Beckham, Ronaldinho and Thierry Henry.
